Campur bubuk agar-agar dengan susu tawar cair dan gula. Aduk hingga bubuk agar-agar dan gula larut.<br />2. Rebus adonan agar-agar hingga mendidih. Tambahkan larutan maizena. Masak kembali hingga mendidih dan tekstur adonan agak mengental. Angkat.<br />3. Ambil sepertiga adonan, tambahkan dengan 2 sdm sirup moka. aduk rata. (adonan A).<br />4. Tuang sisa sirup moka ke dalam sisa adonan, aduk rata. (adonan B.)<br />5. Tuang adona A ke dalam cetakkan pudding yang sudah dibasahi air matang dan diisi potongan jeruk mandarin. Dinginkan hingga mengeras.<br />6. Tuang adonan B hingga cetakkan puding penuh. dinginkan kembali hingga membeku.<br />7. Setelah mengeras, keluarkan dari cetakan. Letakkan gula dan sedikit air dalam wajan.<br />2. Aduk rata, masak hingga agak gosong, angkat.<br />3. Tuang ke dalam pinggan tahan panas hingga rata ke seluruh permukaan pinggan, dinginkan.<br /><br />Membuat Puding:<br />1. Campur telur, gula, garam, dan vanili.<br />2. Aduk hingga rata, lalu masukkan susu cair, aduk rata<br />3. Tuang ke dalam pinggan berisi karamel.<br />4. Kukus puding karamel dalam dandang atau panci yang berisi air mendidih selama 20 menit.<br />5. Bungkus tutup dandang atau panci dengan serbet hingga air tidak jatuh ke dalam puding, angkat.<br />6. Dinginkan.<br />7. Rebus biji mutiara sampai masak.<br />2. Kerok daging kelapa.<br />3. Buat agar-agar, setelah dingin dan mengeras, potong dadu.<br />4.
